FREEDOM FOR THE AFRICAN WOMAN

Whenever the word AFRICAN is used, it tends to mean something indigenous from a particular cultural background. The shoot with Waje, one of the renowned and talented singers of our time, down to earth person with a good reputation in the music industry, was all about freedom for us Africans to be explore beyond our geographical zone in terms of our dressing. KIC happens to be the official stylist for the shoot and Florence as the contributing stylist.

There is something about this dress that gives it a 'woooow'. The fact that it is a flowing dress with shiffon attachment makes it very colourful and sexy. The lacy material worked well on it.



Waje's attitude is very encouraging as long as she is very comfortable with what she is wearing. A very sexy and simple dress with an African design bringing two different cultural settings/background into one and making it look sexy despite the African touch.
